MSU-Northern's Director of Athletics, Christian Oberquell, has been selected to serve on the NAIA's National Administrative Council's Executive Committee and will also Chair the Administrative Council's Experience and Enhancement Committee.  The NAIA Executive Committee oversees the National Administrative Council and is authorized to initiate the operational policies for all conference/A.I.I., and national competitions, national statistical services, and national awards and event management.  The Experience and Enhancement Committee sets the policies and procedures pertaining to the student-athlete and coaching experiences, opportunities, and development outside of sports competitions.  Also, along with appointment, Oberquell also oversees the Champions of Character Committee and is the National Sport Liaison for Wrestling and the Wrestling Coaching Association.
