2023…Martin had another exceptional year up a weight at 149 in 2022-23.  He posted a season record of 32-5 with 13 pins.  Martin won Championships at the Trapper Open, Battle of the Rockies and Missouri Valley Invitational.  Martin made his second consecutive Cascade Championship finals defaulting due to injury.  At the NAIA National Championships, unfortunately Martin fell short one match before earning his second consecutive All-American honor. 
2022…Martin took the NAIA by storm making the finals in nearly every tournament entered placing 1^st at the CMU Open, Battle of the Rockies, Tyler Plummer Classic, Cascade Conference Championships and he was 2^nd at the Spokane Open and the 2022 NAIA National Championships.  At the 2022 National Championships, Martin was entered at the #11 seed.  As the 11 seed, Martin bested the #6 seed, won by tech fall 19-4 over the #3 seed from Grand View before nearly majoring an unseeded wrestler in the semifinals by a score of 11-4.  In the finals, Martin fell to 3x National Champ Baterden Boldmaa from Doane University to finish is freshman campaign as a National Finalist.  Martin had a season record of 35-4 with 11 pins. 
2021…Martin took the 2020-21 season off to recover from an injury. 
2020…During the Fall term of 2019, Martin competed as a Redshirt for the University of Minnesota Gophers before transferring to MSU-Northern where he finished out his redshirt season.  
HIGH SCHOOL…A 4x Montana State Champion for Havre High.  Martin compiled a high school record of 178-9 during his time as a Blue Pony.  Martin was also a Folkstyle National Champion in the Spring of 2018.
