Andy Keim (1st season)

Andy Keim is in his first season as assistant coach for the MSU Northern’s Cross Country and Distance Track program.  He grew up in Havre, which is where he found his passion for running. He competed for Havre High School and earned All State recognition in cross country and track. After graduating from Havre in 2008, he ran for Lewis-Clark State College. While attending LCSC, he was part of a team that placed fourth at the NAIA Cross Country Nationals. Andy completed his studies at LCSC in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration.

After graduating, he returned to Havre for several years before moving to Atlanta, Georgia, to pursue a career in the film industry. He spent six years in Atlanta, then moved back to Havre after a 1.5-year period in Great Falls.

Family plays a significant role in Andy's life, and his two sons, Asher and Parker, are sometimes present at practice supporting the team.

“Havre has always had a special place in my heart and has always been home; I am very excited to get to share my experiences as a runner with the Northern team and the Havre community. I am very thankful for this opportunity to be a part of something bigger than myself, and be part of a running family once again”
