Story of the Game:
The MSU- Northern Skylights volleyball team hosted No. 8 Rocky Mountain College in a Frontier Conference match up on Friday night in Havre, Mont. The Skylights fell in three straight sets by scores of 25-13, 25-14, and 25-21. In the third set, the Skylights put up a good fight, as they were up 18-13. Rocky was able to score five straight points making the score 18-18. The Skylights weren't able to hold on much longer, as Rocky scored seven points at the end of the game and Northern scored three. The Skylights were led by
Mckaylie Tanner with 9 assists, as
Shay Waldbillig added 7.
Emily Gutierrez led the team in kills with 9.
Hannah Amtmann led the Skylights defense with 13 digs.
Abigail Ellison and
Ashley Ponce came up with 5 digs each.
Jessica Curl added four assisted blocks and two solo blocks on the night.

Rocky Mountain College offense was led by Hailey Copinga with 15 kills with a percentage of .314. Natalie Hilderman added 35 assists, and Ruby Kallenbach was credited with 19 digs.
