Box Score Story of the Game:
The Lights traveled to Chandler, Arz. to compete in the Cactus Class. The Lights lost to Menlo College 70-64. Northern was down at half time by two points. Menlo was able to keep the lead and out score the Lights in the second half 31-27.
 
Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by Justin Dunsmore, who with 21 points and seven rebounds. Mascio McCadney had 17 points and seven rebounds. Cedric Crutchfield led the team in rebounds with 10.
 
Menlo College was led by N'Jai LeBlanc, who had 17 on the afternoon going 4-8 from the field. John Paine added 14 points and six rebounds.
 
Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights shot a field goal percentage of 34.9, 37.5 from the arc, and 80 percent from the free throw line. The Lights converted 11 points off turnovers.
 
Menlo shot 48.2 percentage from the field, 45.4 percent from the 3-point line, and 60 from the free throw.
