Story of the Game:
The MSU- Northern Skylights took on RV University of Providence Wednesday night in Great Falls. In the first set, the Skylights scored the first five points to take an early 5-0 lead. Providence came back and scored the next five points to even the score. The score went back and forth until Providence scored 10 straight points, taking an 18-10 lead. Northern wasn't able to make a comeback as the set ended at 25-16. In the second set, the Skylights lost to the Argos by four points (25-21). In the third set, the Argos pulled away for a 25-11 win. Junior
Katia Michelotti led the Skylights with six kills.
Jessica Curl and
Emily Gutierrez added five kills each, with Guiterrez hitting .133 on the night. Mackaylie Tanner led the team with 16 assists and seven digs.
Hannah Amtmann came up with 12 digs, and
Abigail Ellison tallied nine.

The Northern Skylights had a hitting percentage of -.031 with 23 kills, 26 errors, on 98 attempts. The Lady Argos had a hitting percentage of .239 with only 14 errors.

The Skylights fell to 1-14 for the season and 0-3 in Frontier Conference play.
