Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights lost in overtime 58-63 in a Frontier Conference matchup against No. 20 University of Providence on Thursday night in Great Falls, Mont. The Skylights won the second and third and got outscored in overtime (13-20, 14-12, 17-10, 12-14, and 2-7).
 
Individual Stats:
The MSU-Northern Skylights were led by Hailey Nicholson and Payton Kehr with 15 points. Kehr added nine rebounds. Sydney Hovde added nine points and eight rebounds. Allix Goldhahn added five assists.
 
University of Providence were led by Parker Esary and Emilee Malsonado with 16 points each. Esary had a double-double with 18 rebounds. Tristian Murphy added 10 points.
 
Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights shot 41 percent from the field (23-55), and were 28 percent behind the arc (2-7). They went 10-17 from the free throw line (58 percent).
 
Providence shot 26 percent from the field, 21 percent from behind the arc, and 17-24 from the foul line. 
 
The Skylights so Far:
The Skylights drop to 9-11 in the overall season and 1-8 in conference play. The Argos move 3-6 to in league play.
