Skylights Trap The Bears

Story of the Game:
The No. 14 MSU-Northern Skylights played on December 7 against No. 25 Rocky Mountain College at 6 p.m. The Skylights beat the Battlin' Bears 57-47. In the first half, the Skylights outscored Rocky Mountain College 27-26. Northern came out in the third quarter and in increased the lead by six (42-36). The Skylights kept a steady lead in fourth quarter to win the game.
 
Individual Stats:
The Skylights were led by Peyton Kehr, who had 14 points going 5-8 from the field. Kenya Lorton had 10 points. Sydney Hovde led in rebounds with 13 and led in assists with five. Morgan Mason and Reilly Walsh each had four assists.
 
Rocky Mountain College was led by Destinee Pointer, who had 16 points on the night going 6-16. Izzy Spruit had nine points going 3-6 from the three-point line. Markkaela Francis led Rocky Mountain College in rebounds with eight.

The MSU-Northern Skylights shot a field goal percentage of 35.6, 41.2 percent from the arc, and 72.7 percent from the free throw line.
