Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights lost 45-58 in a Frontier Conference matchup against No. 8 Carroll College on Thursday night in Helena, Mont. The Skylights were down at half 24-19. Carroll outscored Northern in both third and fourth quarter (18-11, and 16-15). 
Individual Stats:
The MSU-Northern Skylights were led by Peyton Kehr, who had 11 points going 3-6 from the three-point line. Tiara Gilham nine points going 4-8 from the field. Sydney Hovde added eight points and nine rebounds. Sabin Keo and Gocke Aslan had eight assists out of Northerns 13.
 
The Fighting Saints were led by Hannah Dean with 23 points going 8-13 from the field. Christine Denny had 10 points and four assists. Danielle Wagner led Carroll in rebounding with seven and added nine points. 
Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights shot 35 percent from the field (19-23), and were 26 percent behind the arc (5-19) They went 2-4 from the free throw line (50 percent).
 
Carroll shot 41 percent from the field, 31 percent from behind the arc, and 11-14 from the foul line. 
 
The Skylights so Far:
The Skylights drop to 12-15 in the overall season and 4-11 in conference play. The Saints move to 11-4 in league play.

The Skylights will be on the road to Billings, Mont. in a Frontier matchup against No. 24 Rocky Mountain College on Saturday Feb. 16 at 5:30 p.m.
