Northern Lights Advance

Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights won 101-93 in a Frontier Conference playoffs against University of Providence on Wednesday night in Havre, Mont. The Lights started off strong in the first half outscoring Providence 50-37. Providence come back to outscore the Lights 56-51 in the second half. The Lights will move on in the playoffs. The Lights will most like head to Lewis-Clark State on Staturday night at 7 p.m.
 
Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by Adam Huse and Mascio McCadney each had 26 points. Huse went 5-8 from the three point line, as McCadney went 3-5. Kavon bey had 16 points going 7-10 from the field. Justin Dunsmore added 15 points and 11 rebounds.
 
The Argos were led by Brandon Cotton had 27 points going 11-18 from the field. Jalen Shepard had 18 points going 6-10 from the field. Austin Starr added 16 points going 4-8 from the behind the arc.
 
Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights shot 53 percent from the field (35-66), 42 percent from behind the arc (14-33), and 70 percent from the free throw line.
 
Providence shot 56 percentage from the field, 41 percent from the 3-point line, and 86 percent from the free throw.
