Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights beat Montana Tech 67-53 on Sunday in Havre, Montana. Montana Tech outscored the Skylight in the first quarter 18-12. Northern came back to take the lead going into half time 29-27.
The Skylights came out of half going in a 13-2 run. Montana Tech got within four points in the fourth quarter. Northern hit there free throws down the stretch to keep the lead and finish with a win.
Individual Stats:
The Skylights were led by 
Tiara Gilham, who each had 21 points and added nine rebounds. 
Sydney Hovde added a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds. 
McKenzie Gunter had 13 points. 
Peyton Kehr added 12 points going 4-7 from the field, and led the team in assists with five.
 
The Diggers were led by Dani Urick, who had 22 points going 6-9 from the field. Mesa Williams and Mollie Peoples added nine points each. Celestina Faletoi led the team in rebounds with seven.
Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights shot a field goal percentage of 38, 26 percent from the arc, and 78 percent from the free throw line. The Skylights forced Montana Tech to 20 turnovers.
 
Montana Tech shot 35 percentage from the field, 30 percent from the 3-point line, and 78 percent from the free throw.

The Skylights are 2-8 in the overall season and 1-5 in the Frontier Conference.
