Northern Shoot the Lights Out Against No. 10 Providence

Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights beat No. 10 University of Providence 96-85 on Saturday in Great Falls, Montana. Providence had the lead for first couple minutes, when Northern tied it up with 12:31 left in the half. The Lights kept the lead going into half time 53-47. Northern hit some big threes to extend the lead, but Providence wasn't backing down. Stephens hits a two-point shot to cut the lead to three. The Lights come back and went on a 10-3 run to extend the lead again and take the win.

Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by Mascio McCadney and David Harris, who each had 26 points. Harris led the team in rebounds with eight. CJ Nelson and Aaron Collins each had 11 points. Collins add seven assists on the night.

The Argos were led by Marcus Stephens, who had 22 points and eight rebounds. Dawson Flower had 13 points going 8-11 from the field. Cap Uzan added 17 points, as Jake Olson led the lead in rebounds with 10.

Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights shot a field goal percentage of 60, 58 percent from the arc, and 85 percent from the free throw line. The Lights had 17 assists on the night.
 
Providence shot 49 percentage from the field, 47 percent from the 3-point line, and 72 percent from the free throw.
