Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights lost against Carroll College 34-0 on Saturday afternoon in a Frontier Conference game in Helena. Northern tallied 191 yards of total offense (155 passing and 36 rushing), while the Fighting Saints accounted for 420, of which 293 yards were on the ground.Â

Devonte Armstrong went 10 for 21 through the air for 155 yards.
Tyrese Rios caught six passes for 77 yards.
Izayah Boss ran the ball 17 times for 28 yards. Northern's defense was led byÂ

Blake Lien had eight tackles. Izayah Paul added one interception.
Carroll College's quarterback Jack Prka completed 11 of 21 passes for 127 yards and two touchdowns. Running back Duncan Kraft carried the ball 19 times for 155 yards. Camron Rothie led the receivers with three catches for 51 yards. The defense was led by Rex Irby who had eight tackles and an assisted sack. Garrett Kocab and Tyler Smith each had one sack. Kaden Gardner and Tucker Jones added two interceptions.

The Lights drop to 0-6 on the season. The Saints are 3-3 in the Frontier Conference.
