Story of the Match:
The MSU-Northern Skylights volleyball team lost in a Frontier Conference matchup against Montana Tech on Saturday night in Butte, Montana. The MSU-Northern Skylights lost in three sets (16-25, 15-25, and 19-25.). Montana Tech took control of the first set scoring 10-0 to finish the set. In the second set, Montana Tech controlled the whole game and kept a steady lead to finish the set 25-15. The Skylights battled in the third set. However, the Orediggers put together a couple big runs to take the game.

The Skylights were led by Rylee Burmester, who tallied 10 kills and 12 digs. Elissa Lind and Alana Graves each added four kills. Shania Neubauer led the team in digs with 13. Emily Feller led the team in assists with 26.

The Orediggers were led by Maureen Jessop and Karina Mickelson, who had 14 kills. McKenna Kaelber led the team with 33 assists in the match. Sarah Hopcroft led the team with 15 digs.
