Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights lost against Northwest University 61-51 on Friday in Kirkland, Washington. Northern did a great job at the beginning of the game to take the lead in the first quarter (16-12). Northwest was able to take the lead going into halftime (30-25). The Eagles were able to extend the lead to 15 with 3:10 on the clock. The Skylights at the ball with .6 left in the third quarter. Krass hit an and one to cut the lead down to five. Northern was able to cut the lead to three points at one point, but couldn't take the lead.

The Skylights were led by
Peyton Kehr, who had 23 points going 8-15 from the field.
L'Tia Lawrence added 15 points.
Sydney Hovde led the team in rebounds with 10.
