Story of the Game:
the Light traveled to Arizona to play in the Cactus Classic. The MSU-Northern Lights lost to Ottawa University-Arizona 75-53 on Friday in Chandler, Arizona. The Spirts jumped on the Lights early going 8-0 run the start. They continued the lead going into halftime. The Lights were able to cut the lead to 13, but couldn't get any closer.
Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by
Mascio McCadney, who had 12 points going 5-11 from the field.
David Harris had 11 points on the night.
Jesse Keltner led the team in rebounds with seven.
Terry Holmes Jr. added six points.

The Spirts were led by Josiah De'laCerda with 19 points going 9-15 from the field and had seven rebounds. Marcus Williams had 14 points on the night. Keshawn Bruner added 12 points.

The MSU-Northern Lights shot a field goal percentage of 38, 35 percent from the arc, and 60 percent from the free throw line.
