Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights won against Benedictine University at Mesa 92-77 on Tuesday in Phoenix, Arizona. The Skylights battled in the first quarter out scoring Mesa 20-13. Northern extended the lead going into half time 49-36. In the second half, the Redhawks were able to cut the lead to seven. The Skylights was able to extend the lead back into double digits.
 
Individual Stats:
The Skylights were led by L'Tia Lawrence and Peyton Kehr, who each had 23 points and seven assists. Ryley Kehr added 20 points and six rebounds. Danielle Tyler added nine points, as Hovde grabbed six rebounds.
 
The Redhawks were led by Sarah Kruthaupt with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Alana Pinder had 15 points going 6-8 from the field. Grace Russell added 14 points on the night.
