Story of the Match:
The MSU-Northern Skylights volleyball team played in a Frontier Conference matchup against No. 24 University of Providence on Friday night. The MSU-Northern Skylights lost in three sets (16-25, 16-25, and 19-25).

In the first set, the Argos put together a 9-1 to finish the set. The Skylights had a good run at the beginning of the second set, but Providence put together a 10-1 run to take and extend the lead. Providence took the lead early in the third set. Northern went on a 7-1 run to cut the lead. The Argos put together a couple runs to take the match.

Stars of the Match:
The Skylights attack was led by Rylee Burmester, who tallied seven kills with nine digs. Emily Feller led the team in assists with eight. Shania Neubauer led the team in digs with 13.

The Argos were led bySadie Lott, who had 13 kills hitting .333 percent. Renae David added seven kills. Cydney Finberg-Roberts led the team with 21 assists in the match. Sacha Legros led the team with 18 digs.

MSU-Northern had a hitting percentage of .032 on the day, while Providence hit .207. The Skylights had 10 assists, as the Argos had 25. Northern also had 50 digs to Providence's 60.
