Lights Cruise To Second Destination Of Their Playoff Trip

Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights beat Montana Western in the first round of Frontier Conference playoffs 67-54 on Thursday in Havre, Montana. The Lights jump on the Bulldogs early on a 14-4 run in the middle of the first half. Northern finished the first half on a 10-0 going into half time up 36-20. The Lights extended the lead to 20 in one part of the second half. The Bulldogs came within nine points, but Northern wouldn't let them back in the game.
 
Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by David Harris, who each had 15 points and eight rebounds. Mascio McCadney and JoMel Boyd each had 14 points. Jesse added 10 points and six rebounds.

The Bulldogs were led by Max Clark, who had 25 points going 11-25 from the field. Jamal Stephens added 10 points. Jalen Hodges led the team in rebounds with 11.

Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights shot a field goal percentage of 50, 38 percent from the arc, and 57 percent from the free throw line.
 
Montana Western shot 40 percentage from the field, 35 percent from the 3-point line, and 40 percent from the free throw.
