Story of the Match:
The MSU-Northern Skylights volleyball team played in a Frontier Conference matchup against Montana Tech on Saturday night. The MSU-Northern Skylights lost in three sets (25-27, 25-14, and 13-25).
The Skylights battle in the first set. They finally were able to take the lead late in the set (18-17). Northern hit 25 first, but couldn't get that second score to take the set. The Skylights battled at the beginning of the second set until Montana Tech went on a 9-0 run to finish the set. In the third set, the Orediggers took the lead and never looked back.

The Skylights attack was led by Rylee Burmester, who tallied 13 kills with six digs. Alana Graves had 9 kills and had six digs. Emily Feller led the team in assists with 19. Kaitlin Murdock had 10 digs.
The Orediggers were led by Maureen Jessop and Karina Mickelson, who each had 11 kills. Jessop added nine digs. Taylor Henley had 10 kills hitting a percentage of .600. Mckenna Kaelber led the team with 29 assists in the match. Hannah Oggerino led the team with 18 digs.
