Story of the Match:
The MSU-Northern Skylights volleyball team played against Arizona Christian University in Arizona on Friday afternoon. The MSU-Northern Skylights lost in three sets (10-25, 19-25, and 19-25). Arizona Christian started the first set strong, as they took the lead early and never gave it up.

In the second set, the Skylights fall early and battled their way back to tie the game 16-16. The Firestorm went on a big run at the end of the set to win. During the third set, Arizona Christian took the lead early. The Skylights came back to tie the game. The Firestorm went on a 6-0 run to take the match.

The Skylights were led by Rylee Burmester and Abigail Ellison, who tallied six kills each. Shania Neubauer and Burmester led the team in digs with nine. Emily Feller led the team in assists with 17.

The Firestorm were led by Krysta Petersen, who had 11 kills hitting a percentage of .429. Marina Samaniego led the team in assists with 19. Alyssa Fierro tallied 15 digs on the night.
