Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights beat Montana Western 68-65 on Saturday in Dillon, Montana. The first half was a fight between the two. Anderson hit a two-pointer to take the lead by six. Â Montana Western came down and hit a three to cut the lead going into half time by three (36-33).
Montana Western hit two free-throws to tied it with 12:44 left on the clock. Hodges hit a two-point shot to take the lead by two. Harris hit a shot to tie the game with :46 left on the clock. The Bulldogs had a chance to take the lead back with free-throws and miss his one-n-one. Harris hit a jumper for and an one to take the lead by three with :7.7 second left.
Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by
Mascio McCadney, who had 19 points going 8-15 from the field.
Jesse Keltner added a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.
David Harris added 12 points, as Tanner McCliment added 11 points.
The Bulldogs were led by Jalen Hodges, who had 15 points. Jamal Stephens added 12 points on the night. Colter Miller led the team in rebounds with eight and added 10 points.
