The No. 20 MSU-Northern Lights Wrestling Team took down undefeated Southern Oregon on Wednesday in Ashland, Oregon. The Lights won 20-19 after a rulebook consolation. After the heavy weight fight the score was tied 19-19. The Lights had a 43-39 advantage in combined points in those decisions and major decisions, they were awarded the deciding points.

The Lights will head to Reno for a couple duals and the Reno Tournament Champions Tournament. The Lights will go against St. Ambrose University and Eastern Oregon University on Friday December 16. They will have one day off before the big tournament.
