Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights go 0-3 at the Cactus Classic Tournament lost against San Diego Christian 62-51 in Arizona. The Hawks took the lead in the first quarter 16-14. The Skylights outscored the Hawks 14-13 in the second quarter going down into halftime 19-17. The Skylight came back to tie the game in the third quarter. San Diego Christian took the lead and extended the lead all the way to the end of the game.
 
Individual Stats:
The Skylights were led by Shyan Krass, who had 15 points and nine points. Savannah Toms added 11 points and five points. Ryley Kehr added seven points.
 
The Hawks were led by Haylie Anderson with 12 points and three rebounds Jamee Joseph had a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds. Cynnadie Whatley added 10 points.

Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights shot a field goal percentage of 31, 9 percent from the arc, and 73 percent from the free throw line.
 
The Hawks shot 43 percentage from the field, 26 percent from the 3-point line, and 50 percent from the free throw.

The Skylights will take a little time off for Christmas and will be back in action with three games in a row. The Skylight will play on December 29 against Keyano University at 5:30, St. Mary's University at 5:30, and Lakeland College at 3:30.
