Skylights Fall to Dickinson State on the Road 76-70

Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights lost to Dickinson State University 76-70 on Tuesday in Dickinson, North Dakota.  The Skylights lost in the first quarter by a shot at the buzzer 19-18. They came back and outscored the Blue Hawks in the second quarter 21-10 going into halftime 39-29. The Skylights took the lead to 16 points, the Blue Hawks came back within five going into the fourth quarter. Dickinson outscored the Skylights in the fourth quarter 23-12 to take the game.

Individual Stats:
The Skylights were led by Ryley Kehr, who had 18 points and seven rebounds. Briaunna McCullough had a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds.  Shyan Krass added 14 points and nine rebounds.
 
The Blue hawks were led by Kayden Steele with 21 points going 8-21 from the field. Lindsey Peterson added 12 points, as Samantha Oase had 10 points and 11 rebounds.

Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights shot a field goal percentage of 42, 33 percent from the arc, and 36 percent from the free throw line.
 
Dickinson shot 37 percentage from the field, 35 percent from the 3-point line, and 81 percent from the free throw.

The Skylights are 3-5 in the overall season and 1-1 in Conference.
