Story of the Match:
The MSU-Northern Skylights volleyball team lost Park University- Gilbert on Saturday at the OUAZ tournament. The MSU-Northern Skylights lost in three sets (25-27, 16-25, and 25-27).

The first set was a close match up. The Skylight went on a 7-0 run to take back the lead (10-6). Park didn't back down as they took the lead back going on a 5-0 run. The rest of the set was back and forth, as Park University was able to pull the win. In the second set, the Buccaneers started off the match on a 11-1 run. The Skylights weren't able to make up the points. The third set was a battle to the end of the game. Park University went on a 4-0 run to take the lead 24-20. The Skylights turned it around and went on a 4-0 run to tie the game 24-24. The Buccaneers were able to take the match.

Stars of the Match:
The Skylights were led by Josie Hasler, who tallied 6 kills and a hitting percentage of .182. Jessalyn Chvilicek added six kills. Kaitlin Murdock led the team in digs with 12. Emily Feller led the team in assists with 13.

The Buccaneers was led by Railey Druxman, who had 12 kills with a hitting percentage of .435 and led the team in digs with 11. Brooke Beresford added eight kills. Jenifer Lauer led the team in assists with 13.

Stats of the Match:
MSU-Northern had a hitting percentage of .146 on the day, while the Buccaneers hit .258. Northern also had 45 digs to Park University-Gilbert's 43.
