Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights won in Triple overtime in a Frontier Conference match up against Rocky Mountain College 86-84 in Billings, Montana on Saturday afternoon. Rocky went on quick 10-0 at the start of the game. The Lights slowly started to comeback, as they went on a 10-0 run to cut the game back to three. Santistevan hit a three to take the lead going into half time 30-27.
The Lights came out of halftime with some energy and had five steal and eight points to take the lead 35-32. Rocky got down eight points and battled back to tie the game within three minutes left. Stephens hit two free throws to take the lead by two with 1:05 left on the clock. Nelson hit a two-pointer shot to tie the game to push into overtime.
Northern took the lead by three with a 1:25 left in the game. Rocky missed a three with :06 left in the game. The Battlin' Bears got a steal and hit a three to take the game into double overtime. Northern got the ball with :2 second left in double overtime and got fouled. Jesse hit one of two free throws to tie the game into triple overtime. Santistevan hit a shot to take the lead by one and Owens hit both free throws to take the lead by three. Martinez went one for two at the free throw line. Northern got a seal and hit a jumper to tie the game. Martinez stayed in the play and got the steal and hit another jumper at the buzzer to take the game.
Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by Jess Keltner, who had 15 points and five rebounds.
Immanuel Anderson added 14 points going 6-12 from the field. Braggs, Martinez, and Watson each added 11 points.
The Battlin' Bears were led by Maxium Stephens had a double-double with 23 points and 11 rebounds. Beau Santistevan added 21 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Keal Robinson added 21 points and 11 rebounds.

The MSU-Northern Lights shot a field goal percentage of 43, 21 percent from the arc, and 66 percent from the free throw line.
