The Skylights Battled against No. 18 The Bulldogs 76-67

Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights battled in a Frontier Conference match up against losing to No. 18 Montana Western 76-67 in Havre, Montana on Saturday afternoon. The Skylights battled in the first quarter falling by five (19-15). The Skylights fought back, as Van Blaricom hit a three to take the lead by two with 6:00 left in the second quarter. The Bulldogs pushed the score up to seven points going into half (36-29).

Montana Western had a big third quarter outscoring the Skylights 28-18. They pushed the lead to 23 points with 6:59 left on the clock in the fourth quarter. Northern went on a 8-0 run to finish the game to cut the lead to nine.
 
Individual Stats:
The Skylights were led by Ryley Kehr, who had 15 points and six rebounds. Briaunna McCollough added 16 points going 7-8 from the free-throw line. Shyan Krass added 10 points and went 4-5 from the field.

The bulldogs were led by Joelnell Momberg with 16 pointsgoing 4-6 from the three-point line. Jordan Sweeney went 5-15 scoring 15 points and grabbed four rebounds. Brynley Fitzgerald had a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.

The MSU-Northern Skylights shot a field goal percentage of 41, 52 percent from the arc, and 91 percent from the free throw line.
 
The Bulldogs shot 44 percentage from the field, 48 percent from the 3-point line, and 50 percent from the free throw.
