Lights Fall in Heart Breaker

Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights lost at the buzzer on senior night against No. 12 Montana Tech 64-63 on a Saturday afternoon in Havre, Montana. The first half went back and fourth as Jesse Keltner hit a dunk to take the lead by one. Montana Tech hit a free throw to tie the game going into half time 32-32. The Lights shot 41 percent from the field and 2-11 from the three-point line. The Orediggers was 46 percent from the field and 2-8 from the three-points line.

The Orediggers pushed the lead to seven in the second half. The Lights tied the game up with 2:35 on the clock. Keltner dunked the ball to take the lead by two. Michael Ure hit a big three at the buzzer to take the game.

Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by Jesse Keltner who had 15 points and nine rebounds. Zackry Martinez went 5-9 from the field with 13 points. CJ Nelson added 11 points.
 
The Orediggers were led by Asa Williams who has 18 points and six rebounds. Caleb Bellach had 16 points. Michael Ure added 11 points going 4-8 from the field.
