Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights go 2-0 this weekend. Northern beat Montana Western with a score of 69-51 in Havre, Montana. The Bulldogs came out hot, as Joelnell Momberg scored nine of their 10 points of the game. They outscored the Skylights 17-15 in the first quarter. Northern pushed the game around in the second quarter, as 
Ryley Kehr hit a jumper to end the half pushing the score 33-26. The Skylights continued the momentum in the second half, as they won the third and fourth quarter.
 
Individual Stats:
The Skylights were led by 
Shyan Krass who had 19 points and six rebounds. 
Ryley Kehr went 8-12 from the field with 19 points. 
Savannah Toms went 5-8 from the field with 10 points. 
Taya Trottier led the team in rebounds with 10.
The Bulldogs were led by Shainy Mack who had 14 points going 5-17 from the field. Jordan Sweeney added 11 points, six assists, and six rebounds. Joelnell Momberg added 11 points.

The MSU-Northern Skylights shot a field goal percentage of 57, 37 percent from the arc, and 42 percent from the free throw line.
 
Montana Western shot 30 percentage from the field, 21 percent from the 3-point line, and 58 percent from the free throw.

The Skylights are 10-10 in the overall season and 4-3 in Conference.
