Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Light won against Saint Mary's University 88-72 in Havre, Montana. The Lights took the lead early in the first half. Northern pushed the lead to 10 points with 11:11 left in the first. The Lightnings battled back cutting into the lead going into halftime 49-42. St. Mary's cut the lead to one right after halftime. The Lights went on a 8-0 run to push the lead to double figures to end the game.

Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by Jackson Reardon led the team going 9-14 from the field with 27 points. Cinque Maxwell added 14 points going 5-8 from the field. Raefe McEnroe added 12 points and Leon Sayers IV led the team in rebounds with eight.
 
The Lightnings were led by Brock Dewbery going 11-18 from the field with 28 points. Caleb Jipp added 19 points and five assists.
