Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights lost against No. 13 Providence with a score of 75-69 in Great Falls, Montana. The first quarter was back and forth, as
Ryley Kehr hit a free throw to take the lead by one (18-17). The Skylights took that momentum into the second quarter outscoring the Argo's 18-11. Providence took the third quarter by three, but the Skylights kept the lead by five. The Argo's shot an incredible percentage to take the quarter 31-20.
Individual Stats:
The Skylights were led by
Taya Trottier who had 14 points going 4-6 from the field and six rebounds.
Ryley Kehr who added 10 points.
Savannah Toms added six rebounds.
The Argo's were led by Ashlee Maldonado who had 24 points with six assists. Keanna Salave'a added a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Maddy Dixon added 19 points.
Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights shot a field goal percentage of 54, 42 percent from the arc, and 70 percent from the free throw line.
Providence shot 48 percentage from the field, 27 percent from the 3-point line, and 82 percent from the free throw.

The Skylights are 11-16 in the overall season and 5-9 in conference.
