Five Lights Wrestlers Move on to Day 2

The Lights finished their first day at the NAIA National Championships. Five Wrestlers move on to day two.

165- -Devin Crawford lost his first round against Rysan Leong (Menlo) by a decision 5-0. He lost out against Elliot Rodgers (Marian) by a fall 1:16.

174 -Cade Gubler lost in his first match against Riley Smucker (Life) by a tech fall 15-0. He won in his consolation round to Tony Connor (Missouri Baptist) by a major decision 10-2.

174  -Nakoda Siegel won his first match aginst Cael Jordan (Doane) by a tech fall 19-4. He falls to Maximus Zamora (Menlo) by a decision 4-2. Siegel beat Joseph Teguia in the consolation round by a major decision 13-2.

184-Austin Vanek lost his first round to Kyle Homet (Life) by a tech fall 19-3. He won his next round against John Roberts (Southeastern Florida) by a decision 5-2.

184-Rylin Burns won his first round by a fall 6:15 against Brett Bober (Baker). He lost his next round to Eilliam Speight (Lourdes) by a major decision 16-3. Burns won his second consolation round to Jakob Francksen by a major decision 11-3.

197 -Carl Hansen beat Jake Rau (Jamestown) by a decision 5-2. He lost his next round to Bradley Antesberger (Doane) by a fall 7:00. Hansen bounced back to take Michael Moreno (Arizona Christian) by a sudden victory 8-5.
