Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights lost against University of Providence with a score of 61-59 in Great Falls, Montana. The first half was anyone's game, however
Anthony Mendez hit a three to take the Lights into the lead going into half time 34-33. The game went back and forth, until Providence took the lead by eight and never gave it back to Northern.
Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by
Dae'Kwon Watson, who had 19 points going 7-16 from the field.
Xavier Bailey went 6-13 from the field with 12 points and eight rebounds.
The Argos were led by Davien Harris-Willia, who had 24 points going 50 percent from the field. Jaylin Reed added a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds.
Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights shot a field goal percentage of 41, 23 percent from the arc, and 77 percent from the free throw line.
The Argos shot 41 percentage from the field, 38 percent from the 3-point line, and 37 percent from the free throw.
