Skylights Fall on the Road to Montana Tech

Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights lost against Montana Tech with a score of 67-59 in Butte, Montana. The Skylights took the first quarter 14-13. The Orediggers came out in the second quarter on top outscoring the Skylights 21-9. The Skylights cut into the lead to six going into the fourth quarter. Savannah Toms made a layup to cut the lead to three with 1:20 left in the game. Montana Tech hit their free throws down the stretch to take the game.
 
Individual Stats:
The Skylights were led by Canzas HisBadHorse who had 13 points and seven rebounds. Becky Melcher added 13 points going 3-7 from the 3-point line. Taya Trottier added four assists and four steals.

The Orediggers were led by Hadley Humphreys had 16 points going 7-11 from the field. Liv Wangerin went 5-7 from the field with 12 points.
