Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights lost against University of Providence with a score of 68-59 in Havre, Montana. The lights took the lead early in the first half. The Argo's tied the game a couple times. Northern went on a 8-0 run, but Providence didn't go away cutting the lead to one going into halftime (30-29). Both teams hit some big shots after halftime. It was a battle from both teams down the stretch. Chavez hit a three for Providence to take the lead with 3:16 left in the game. Northern tied the game up at 2:00 minute mark. The Argo's hit their free throws down the stretch to take the game.
Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by were led by who had 18 points going 3-7 from behind the arc.
Leon Sayers IV added 12 points.
Raefe McEnroe led the team in rebounds with eight.
