Coach Sandau is entering his second season as the Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator/Online Coach. Coach Sandau brings a wealth of knowledge on the Triple Option Offense, having worked for many Triple Option Football programs across the country. In the 2023 season Coach Sandau was the Head Coach at Nampa High School, a 6A program out of the Boise Idaho area.

Prior to his time in Idaho he spent two seasons as the Offensive Coordinator at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College. While at NEO the offense was second in the country in rushing two years in a row and averaged 25 points per game.

Prior to joining the NEO Football Staff Coach Sandau spent 2 seasons as an Assistant Football Coach for The United States Naval Academy, working with the prep football recruits. While working at The Naval Academy Prep School he developed over 140 future Navy Football players and future Navy Officers. 

Coach Sandau also has coaching stops at FCS football powers Wofford and Montana. While at Wofford the Terriers were top 3 in the country in rushing yards and made it to the quarter finals of the FCS playoffs.

Coach Sandau also has been on staff at Occidental College and Yuba College. He and his wife Bryden are both from Missoula and have 2 children Rylee and Witten Sandau.
