Cody will have a hand in most vital functions including but not limited to scouting, recruiting, practice and workout planning, skill development, and travel logistics. His experience over the past few years of coaching at the high school and collegiate level will be a great addition to the program.
Cody arrives at Northern after spending last season as an assistant coach at Glacier Peak High School in Snohomish, WA. Cody helped that program finish 3rd in state in the 4A classification, with an overall season record of 25-4. The year prior to last, Cody was also an assistant at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. During his time there, CWU finished 4th in regular season standings, and reached the semi-finals of the GNAC conference tournament.
Cody attended Central Washington University from 2020 to 2023, where he graduated in only 3 years with a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Business & Administration with a Specialization in Finance & an accumulative GPA of 3.489. He is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Teaching within a Content Area of Business here at Northern, along with joining the coaching staff. Cody grew up in Snohomish, WA but is excited to call Havre, MT home this year.
