Sierra Richards (1st season)
Sierra Richards joins the Skylight staff as the assistant coach following a year as a student assistant in 2017-2018. She had a highly-successful two-year career as a player, where she helped the Skylights to two consecutive NAIA National Tournaments and an overall record of 47-18. During her two-year career, she scored 568 points and grabbed 458 rebounds. As a senior, she was an All-Conference selection and also became the 19th player in the history of the program to be named an All-American, earning Honorable Mention status. Coach Richards earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion in 2018.
Sierra is a 2013 graduate of Kelso High School (WA), where she starred in softball and basketball. At Lower Columbia College, she was an all-league selection in both sports. She also serves as the Sports Information Director at MSU-Northern.
