Story of the Game
It was "Pink Night" at the Armory Gymnasium as the Skylights took on the No. 21 Rocky Mountain Battilin' Bears. Northern played tough against RMC in the opening set, but eventually lost in straight sets to the national ranked Battlin' Bears (19-25, 10-25, 17-25).
Stat of the Match
Northern's front line again played well on the defensive side as they picked up eight total blocks (four solo, eight assisted). Senior right side
Mikayla Virostek led the charge with two solo blocks and three assisted.
Turning Point
The first set saw several ties and lead changes as the Skylights fought the Bears well into the midway point, but a late 7-0 run gave Rocky the win. Northern lost their momentum early in the second set as they gave up a nine-point run to RMC. The Bears eventually went on to win the set 25-10.

Northern falls to 3-5 in conference play (9-13 overall).
