Story of the Game
The Lights fell to 0-3 on the season after a tough 3-34 loss to the Carroll College Fighting Saints at Nelson Stadium in Helena on Saturday.    

Stat of the Game
Sophomore defensive back Dequincy Bergen collected a career high in tackles with 18 total and grabbed an interception on the day.

Turning Point
After the Lights defense held the Fighting Saints to just three points at the end of the first quarter (0-3),  Carroll picked up the pace and went on an 80-yard, eight-play drive that resulted in a touchdown putting the Saints up 10-0.

The Lights So Far
Northern is on a three game losing streak and sits 0-3 in the Frontier Conference, one loss behind University of Montana-Western.
