Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights beat Montana Tech 65-61 on Saturday in Havre, Montana. Mascio McCadney hit a two-point shot with :14 left on the clock to tie the game going into half time (28-28). Towards the last half of the second half, the Lights kept the lead and never gave it up. Montana Tech got within two points with 1:14 left in the game. The Lights hit some big shots to keep the lead.

The Lights were led by
Mascio McCadney, who each had 20 points going 8-13 from the field. Jomel Boyd had 15 points going 5-9 from the field. McCadney, Nelson, and Boyd each had five rebounds.
The Orediggers were led by Sindou Diallo with 27 points going 10-19 from the field. Nate Ward had 11 points going 5-8 from the field. Cody Baumstarck added eight points and led the team in rebounds with nine.
