Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights lost against Montana Tech 23-13 on Saturday afternoon in a Frontier Conference game in Havre. Northern tallied 322 yards of total offense (116 passing and 206 rushing), while the Orediggers accounted for 404, of which 300 yards were in the air.Â

Kaymen Cureton went three for 11 through the air for 54 yards and one touchdown.
Tyrese Rios caught two passes for 87 yards.

Montana Tech quarterback Jet campbell completed 17 of 32 passes for 300 yards and three touchdowns. Running back Blake Counts carried the ball 25 times for 104 yards. Kyle Torgerson led the receivers with six catches for 80 yards with one touchdown. The defense was led by Zach Trumble who had seven tackles and two sacks. Ke. James-Newby added two sacks, as Cole Wyant added one.
