Story of the Game:
The Skylights headed down to Phoenix to play in the Phoenix Frontier Challenge. The MSU-Northern Skylights lost against Bushnell University 67-64 on Monday in Phoenix, Arizona. The Skylights jumped on the Beacons in the first half (28-12). Bushnell cut it to seven going into halftime. The Beacons scored 30 points in the third quarter to take the lead by four going into the fourth quarter. The Skylights cut the score to three, but couldn't get it done.
 
Individual Stats:
The Skylights were led by Peyton Kehr, who had 23 points going 8-15 from the field. Ryley Kehr added 20 points and four rebounds. Syndey Hovde led the team in rebounds with 14. L'Tia Lawrence added eight points and five rebounds.
 
The Beacons were led by Morgan McKinney with 17 points and five assists. Aspen Slifka had 15 points and five rebounds. Bella Pedrojetti led the team in rebounds with seven.

Stats of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Skylights shot a field goal percentage of 46, 42 percent from the arc, and 77 percent from the free throw line.
 
Bushnell shot 39 percentage from the field, 26 percent from the 3-point line, and 54 percent from the free throw.
