Story of the Match:
The MSU-Northern Skylights volleyball team played in a Frontier Conference matchup against Montana Tech on Friday night. The MSU-Northern Skylights lost in four sets (20-25, 19-25, 25-21, and 17-25). The Skylights started out strong in the first set and had the lead at 17-16. Montana Tech went on a 9-3 run to take the first set.
In the second set, Northern was able to keep up until Tech went on a 14-8 run to finish the set. Northern took the third match, as the skylights were able to put together a 9-1 run to finish it out. The Skylights battled in the fourth, but the Orediggers were able to put together a couple big runs to take the set.

The Skylights attack was led by
Rylee Burmester, who tallied 11 kills with 13 digs.
Alana Graves and
Elissa Lind each had 10 kills.
Emily Feller led the team in assists with 41.
Shania Neubauer had 22 digs.
The Orediggers were led by Maureen Jessop, who had 16 kills and 17 digs. Karina Mickelson had 11 kills with 10 digs. Mckenna Kaelber led the team with 41 assists in the match. Hannah Oggerino led the team with 18 digs.
