Story of the Match:
The MSU-Northern Skylights volleyball team played against Dickinson State University on Friday afternoon in the North Star Conference Challenge. The MSU-Northern Skylights won in three sets (25-17, 25-18, and 25-10). The Skylights took a good lead at the beginning of set one (14-6). The Bluehawks made a run to get within three points, but could get enough to take the set.

In the second set, the beginning of the game was anyone's game. Northern went on a 11-3 run to take the set. The Skylights took the lead early in the third set and never looked back.

Stars of the Match:
The Skylights were led by Alyssa Pretty Weasel, who tallied 13 kills. Rylee Burmester added eight kills and six digs. Shania Neubauer led the team in digs with seven. Emily Feller led the team in assists with 13.

The Bluehawks were led by Mackenna Johnson, who had nine kills and seven digs. McKenzie Moser added six kills and four digs. Bailey Pearcy led the team in assist with 21.

Stats of the Match:
MSU-Northern had a hitting percentage of .354 on the day, while the Bluehawks hit .026. Northern also had 27 digs to Dickinson had 23. The Skylights at nine aces and added six blocks.
