Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights lost to Rocky Mountain College 65-63 on Saturday in Havre, Montana. Rocky Mountain College had control of the game at the beginning. Northern came back to take the lead towards the end of the first half (24-28). The Lights couldn't hang on for long, as the Battlin' Bears went on an 11-0 run to came back and take the lead. Northern had a chance to tie the game with free throws, but couldn't capitalize.
Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by David Harries, who had 20 points going 8-16 from the field.
Mascio McCadney had 14 points going 4-12 from the field.
Tanner McCliment-Call added 11 points.
Jesse Keltner led the team in rebounds with nine.
The Battlin' Bears were led by Jesse Owens, who had 16 points going 5-13 from the field. Maxim Stephes and Kael Robinson each added 11 points. Maxim Stephens led the team with rebounds with eight.
