The final day of the Cascade Collegiate Conference Men's Wrestling Championship, presented by U.S. Bank, wrapped-up Saturday afternoon on the campus of Montana State University-Northern in Havre, MT. This marks the return of the CCC Championships, as the 2021 event was canceled due to Covid-19.
Eastern Oregon University is the Cascade Collegiate Conference Championships with 130.5 team points. Menlo College finished in second place with 123 points, while Montana State University-Northern sits in third at 117.

At 125 pounds, two teammates from Menlo College squared off for the title. Gregory Viloria defeated Riley Siason 5-3. Francisco Barrera (Southern Oregon) defeated Lorenzo Vasquez (Southern Oregon) 4-0 to claim third place honors.
At 133 pounds, Jacob Seto (Embry Riddle) won the title match over Jacob Mendoza (Menlo) by a score of 7-2 in three overtimes.
Nick Kunz (MSU-Northern) claimed third place with an 8-4 win over Justin Coon (Southern Oregon).
In the 141 pound class,
Martin Wilkie (MSU-Northern) claimed a 12-1 major decision over Chad Muenzer (Eastern Oregon). Third place honors went to Jaxon Morlon (Eastern Oregon) who defeated Steven Kroesen (Vanguard) 6-2. Third place winner was able to challenge second placer due to true placing for Nationals. In these events, Jaxon Morlon (Eastern Oregon) defeated Chad Muenzer (Eastern Oregon) for second place 7-5.
Elijah Palacio (Menlo) claimed title honors in the 149 pound class with an 8-5 win over Michael Murphy (Corban). Nicholas Camacho (Menlo) defeated Gabriel Cortez (Vanguard) 3-1 to claim third place.
At 157 pounds, Southern Oregon's Aaron Gandara defeated Arizona Christian's Carlo Castagnaro 8-1 to claim the title. James Williams (Embry-Riddle) defeated Abraham Del Toro (Menlo) by major decision 22-12 to claim third place.
In the 165 pound title match, David Rubio (Corban) defeated Frederick Padilla (Vanguard) 3-2. Keller Rock (Embry-Riddle) downed Jordan Komack (Providence) 3-2 to earn third place honors.
Armon Fayyazi (Vanguard) earned the 174 pound title over
Nakoda Siegel (MSU-Northern) with a takedown in overtime, 3-1. Keegan Mulhill (Eastern Oregon) claimed third place honors with a 5-1 decision over Gerardo Hernandez (Vanguard).
Eastern Oregon's Kyle Knudtson claimed the 184 pound title with a 5-2 decision over Hayden Schrull (Providence). In the third place match, Baron Gaunt (Vanguard) pinned Tyston Stover (Corban).
At 197 pounds, MSU-Northern's
Isaac Bartel pinned Eastern Oregon's Jay Smith to claim the title. Third place honors went to Jeremiah Smith (Life Pacific) who pinned Darius Mynar (Simpson)
K.C. Buday (Providence) defeated Noel Orozco (Eastern Oregon) 2-1 to claim the 285 pound title. Simpson's Jacob Vincent pinned Embry-Riddle's Garrette Branson to claim third place honors.
