Lights Battle against Montana Western 73-65

Story of the Game:
The MSU-Northern Lights lost in a Frontier Conference match up against Montana Western 73-65 in Havre, Montana on Saturday afternoon. The first half was a straight battle for both teams. The Bulldogs took the lead by 10, but the Lights battled back to take the lead going into half time 33-32. The second half was a back and forth game, until Western went on a 15-6 run to take the game by eight points.

Individual Stats:
The Lights were led by Zackry Martinez with 18 points going 5-9 from the field. Jesse Keltner had a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds. Dae'Kwon Watson added nine points.

The Bulldogs were led by Brenton Woods with 18 points going 6-14 from the field. Grayson Nelson added 17 points and led the team in rebounds with seven. Ky Kouba had 12 points and five rebounds.

The MSU-Northern Lights shot a field goal percentage of 43, 35 percent from the arc, and 72 percent from the free throw line.
