The Frontier Conference 2019 Cross Country Academic All-Conference was released. There were two Skylights and four Lights that received this award. To be eligible, the student-athlete must be at least a sophomore and must be enrolled at school the previous two semester. The student-athlete must also maintain a 3.0 GPA.
